Dedicated Summer Staff Camp Wakonda staff are adults committed to helping young people develop into caring, responsible citizens. Counselors are trained in all the basics including first aid/CPR, as well as how to help kids make friends and work together |
| CAMP SWIMMING POOL Campers love the Camp Wakonda swimming pool. We have certified lifguards on duty to make sure all the kids have a safe and fun time. |

CLIMBING WALL & ROPES COURSE Challenge Yourself To -Ring the bell at the top of the Climbing Wall -Zip 300 feet into the woods from our 40 foot Zipline Tower. All camp staff are fully certified with over 40 hours of training each year. |
| TEAMWORK At the heart of the Camp Wakonda experience is found each close knit group of campers who, with their counselor, carry out a large variety of activities. |

CAMP WAKONDA LEGACY All campers will receive a totem with beads each summer to remember their Camp Wakonda experience. Special recognition gifts such as the prized “Thunder Horn” are given to campers each year after their third year. |
